A personalized message not only helps create a sense of familiarity with the contact but also, with Workevo, we can save the email content as a template for team members to use, to save time and uniformly use the content and information transmitted to customers.
To create a new personalized email template, please kindly follow these steps:
Step 1: On the Contact management feature screen go to the Email template, select the "Create new template" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Compose a new email to save by entering the email template name, email subject, and content, then click "Create".
Step 3: The message "Add successful email template" appears when you create a successful email template, check the newly created email in the email template list.
After creating, this email template will be saved in your personal email list. From here, the other team members can choose to use this list, and at the same time know the format of information transmitted via email, while saving time, while providing a personalized, unified experience for the user.
To use this personal email template, follow these steps:
Step 1: On the contact's profile page, select "Email".
Step 2: In the email editor, select the "template" icon.
Step 3: Select the email template you created in the previous section and click "Select".
The content you have created will automatically be filled into the email editor.
