# Group Your Profiles by Company

Contact is recognized by the email's domains..  Workevo system will automatically recognize and add all contacts that have the same email domains.

To create a new company, follow the steps below:

**Step 1:** Click the button "Create a new company" in the top right corner in the Contact -> Company

**Step 2:** Enter the company website domain name without "<https://www>" and the company name, click "Add" to save changes.

**Step 3:** The notification "New company has been created" will let you know that you have successfully created a new company, please check the new company on the list of companies.
