# Create a New Company

Workevo pays close attention to any details of your contacts to give you the most detailed information and a panoramic view based on real data, including information about the contact's company. Company profiles provide very insightful information about their workplace and industry. The email domains automatically identify company information, or you can create a new one .

The company will be automatically created when the contact's domains are not a free email service in [this list](https://gist.github.com/tbrianjones/5992856/).

**Step 1:** Add a new company manually by selecting the Contact’s Menu> Company and clicking the "Create New Company" button.

**Step 2:** In the window that appears, enter the Company name and Company website domain (required information) to create a new company.

**Note**: The company website domain does not have "<https://www>".

**Step 3:** After completing the information, click "Add" to add a new company.

**Step 4:** The notification "New company has been created" will let you know you have successfully created a new company.

**Step 5:** Check the company on the list.
