This section will introduce Workflow automation and its necessary information, including definitions of related terms and ideas. Automating workflows will contain essential actors that help you create a detailed overview of your brand's interaction with customers.

What is the automation process?

The automation process is what we use to call our growth campaigns.

An automation process is a sequence of actions run when a trigger (in automation) matches a condition that you have defined before. An automation process created by a combination of activation, action, and logic.

Using automation builders, you can mix and match these elements in unique ways to create automation processes that serve a variety of tasks.
